Call for Applications
- The Robotics Society (TRS) shall fund few robotics related activities conducted by the Student Chapters (SCs).
- At regular intervals, the coordinators of the Student Chapters shall be approached (by email) to apply, along with specific details.
- These applications shall be screened and the coordinators are informed about the status of their applications in the form of “Sanction Order”.
- The process is subject to the below Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions
- TRS financial support will be provided only to registered and active Student Chapters.
- All the programs organized by the Student Chapters should be on “Not For Profit” mode only.
- The TRS funds to be spent only for the following expenditures: Honorarium for Speakers, Hardware Kits or components, Honorarium for Teaching assistants/technical staff, and Miscellaneous expenses (Printing of brochure, certificates and posters).
- Miscellaneous expenditure to be restricted to Rs 2000/– per program.
- TRS will not provide funds for food, refreshments, TA for participants, and stationary items.
- The organizers should not charge any fee (Registration fee, etc) from TRS SC members of the organizing Institute. Discounted registration fee to be offered for all TRS members of other institutes.
- TRS financial support will be on reimbursement basis. Organising TRS –SC should submit a detailed income–expenditure statement after the program and ask for reimbursement of the approved amount from TRS. Corresponding bills to be submitted to TRS. The TRS will reimburse the amount subjected to satisfying all other conditions.
- The reimbursement will be made to the institute account/ Student Chapter account as intimated by the TRS–SC coordinator.
